Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Australia: 7–20 business days

• International orders: 10–30 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Promotional free shipping may be subject to minimum-order requirements or eligible destinations.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may be fulfilled from different locations and delivered in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping fees unless clearly stated during checkout.

Incorrect delivery information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change its delivery address. Additional delivery costs caused by incorrect information may be charged to the customer.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees. Unless stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or delayed orders

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Niuemi is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address supplied during checkout. However, we will assist customers with carrier enquiries where reasonably possible.
